W Radio | EU, US and Ukraine agreement ‘does not mean Putin agrees’: expert on peace with Russia

Jamie Shea, former Deputy Secretary General for Security Challenges and current Senior Fellow at Friends of Europe, spoke on La W radio about the alignment of the United States, Europe and Ukraine towards an agreement that would end the war between Ukraine and Russia.

‘This is good news because the United States, Ukraine and Europe are on the same page, working on the same proposal and closer together. The problem is that, while they are moving closer to a peace agreement, that does not mean that Putin will agree to it,’ he said.
