If you had the chance to speak to some of Europe’s leading politicians and experts, what would you say? How would you convince a roomful of EU and NATO decision makers?
We posed these questions earlier this autumn in the framework of our ’60 Seconds for a Safer World’ video competition that sought out the best new ideas to solve challenges in foreign- and security policy, in the format of a sixty second video.
We received many great contributions from around the world. Our panel of judges, composed of independent security experts, found the ideas presented in the following three videos to be the most innovative, realistic and concrete.
Find out the winning ideas for a safer world:
First prize winner: James Galand-Jones, United Kingdom/France
Second prize winner: Nadja El-Fertasi, The Netherlands
Third prize winner: Alexander Mäkelä, Sweden
Thank you to all participants! We look forward to hearing more of your ideas in future projects.
