An informal sandwich lunch meeting that will focus on the programme content of the upcoming Friends of Europe’s European Policy Summit “The Challenges of Climate Change” that is to be a contribution to the European Commission’s 2005 Green Week. Topics include the role and responsibilities of the manufacturing industry and the key sectors for sustainability – energy, transport and agriculture. It will bring together no more than 12-15 experts from the business sector, EU Institutions, national governments and NGOs.
